The Sabrosa strawberry came out in Andalusia in 2003. It had taken 7 years to create, during which time tests performed, crossing* different strawberry varieties until one was obtained that is excellent from every point of view: the variety Sabrosa, otherwise known as Sabrosa.
* crossing is completely natural, there is no genetic modification.

This is a sturdy variety with great agronomic
potential, and the fact that it requires very little in the way of treatment
with chemicals is beneficial for the environment. It is also an early variety,
so consumers can enjoy it from February onwards. And lastly, this is a
strawberry that appeals to all our senses: attractive to look at, firm,
aromatic - and delicious!
